Returns & Refunds Policy
At WaffleFish, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your WaffleFish towel, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to review our returns policy.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and unwashed items in their original condition, with all tags attached. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To start a return:
- Email us at hello.wafflefish@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to send your towel back to us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your towel arrives damaged or defective, we are more than happy to resolve the issue. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used or washed items.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
